Chef Holly Tomblin is a native of West Virginia and holds a B.A. from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. She has always loved to cook; spending time in the kitchen with her mother and grandmother are among her most cherished memories. After pursing other careers, Holly decided that cooking is her passion and the desire to have other people enjoy good, healthy food very satisfying.
Chef Holly has been cooking for 28 years and knows good, homestyle food is the very center of everything we enjoy and celebrate in life. Whether it be family dinner where we discuss our work or school day; getting together with family and friends or a special occassion, West Virginians know how to celebrate these occassions with delicious food. We just don't always have the time or skill! That's where Chef Holly comes in. She prepares healthy, delicious food from fresh ingredients found as local as possible. Her speciality is good home cooking with an emphasis on food that is satisying to the pallate without the added preservatives and processing. That is her goal in every entree and side dish she prepares.
